What I did

Allianz Netherlands was formed in 2003 after merging the Royal Netherlands insurers and Zwolsche Algemeene. Since this application was originally written for Zwolsche Algemeene the looks of the application had to be changed to that of Allianz.

Trivia

The installer fitted on a single 1.44MB floppy.
